Since its founding in 2003, LMSA has been serving clients throughout California in personal injury cases. These cases include motor vehicle accidents (including public transportation/MUNI accidents), premises liability (slip & fall/construction site accidents), child abuse, assault cases and product liability matters.
In 2012 we were pleased to welcome as partner Deborah Churton Aikins. Ms. Aikins has specialized in the area of transactional real estate law throughout Northern California for more than twenty-seven years, focusing her practice on commercial leasing with an emphasis on tenant representation. She is a recognized leader in this field.
