Frank C. Liuzzi is a
San Francisco native. He began his career as a litigation
attorney in a large Bay Area defense firm, thereafter
shifting the focus of his practice to plaintiff.
Mr. Liuzzi has extensive mediation, arbitration
and trial experience in personal injury, product
liability, motor vehicle, premises liability, contract
and employment cases. He has also prepared and argued
cases before the State Appellate courts.
Mr. Liuzzi is a member
of many local and national legal associations and
is the president of the Italian American Bar Association
of Northern California. He is a graduate of St.
Ignatius College Preparatory and Santa Clara University.
He earned his law degree from the University of
San Francisco School of Law in 1991, where he was
vice president of the student body and judicial
extern for the First District of the California
State Court of Appeal.
Martin D. Murphy is
a fourth generation native San Franciscan. He has
extensive experience in both plaintiff and defense
civil litigation. He began his legal career representing
injured workers in both workers' compensation claims
and third party personal injury actions. Mr. Murphy
then spent several years defending parties in lawsuits
addressing construction site accidents, construction
defect, products liability, premises liability,
statutory violations of the Americans with Disabilities
Act, and state and national class actions.
Mr. Murphy is
a graduate of St. Ignatius College Preparatory and
Santa Clara University. He earned his law degree
from the University of San Francisco School of Law
in 1991. He has remained active in the law school
by residing on the Board of Governors, acting as
an Alumni liaison and directing the John Scully
Memorial Trust Fund. Mr. Murphy is also an active
member of various legal and civic organizations
and a volunteer in the community.
Michael R. Solomon began
his career as an attorney for mid-sized and large
civil defense firms in the San Francisco Bay Area,
gaining significant litigation experience in the
areas of public entity, personal injury, employment,
construction defect and professional malpractice
law. He operated a solo practice for several years,
specializing in plaintiff's personal injury, employment
and business litigation. He also currently serves
as a hearing officer for the city of Alameda.
Mr. Solomon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
from the University of New Mexico and a Master of
Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
He earned his law degree from the University of
San Francisco School of Law in 1992.
Michael E. Hale
is a fifth generation San Franciscan, third
generation San Francisco attorney, third generation
alumni of the University of San Francisco School
of Law and a graduate with Honors from the University
of California in Santa Barbara. While attending
USF Law School, Mr. Hale received the CALI Award
for Academic Excellence in Real Estate (Sales)
Transactions. Mr. Hale was also a Staff Member
of the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin, General
Member of the Business Law Association and a
participant in the USF Intensive Advocacy Program.
Mr. Hale was admitted to the California State
Bar in 2006 and is licensed to practice in all
California State Courts as well as the United
States District Court of Northern California.
He has successfully negotiated numerous settlements
for his clients in both personal injury and
predatory lending actions and he has successfully
negotiated commercial leases for clients as
well.
Mr. Hayden is a San Francisco native and a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, the University of California at Davis (a member of the Honor’s program in History) and the Santa Clara University School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable Eugene Lynch while in law school. Mr. Hayden has extensive trial experience, after having served as a Deputy Public Defender for the County of Stockton before shifting the focus of his practice to civil litigation. He has litigated and successfully tried to verdict cases for both the defense and plaintiff. Mr. Hayden has concentrated on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation since 1997. He has been a trial attorney for over 30 years and brings unbridled enthusiasm to each case.
