Inside LMSCH

Since its founding in 2003, LMSCH has served clients throughout California in personal injury cases. These cases include motor vehicle accidents (including public transportation/MUNI accidents), premises liability cases (slip & fall/construction site accidents), child abuse cases, assault cases and product liability matters.

In 2012, we welcomed as partner Deborah A. Churton. Ms. Churton has specialized in the area of transactional real estate law for thirty years, focusing her practice on commercial leasing with an emphasis on tenant representation. She is a recognized leader in this field and has represented numerous high profile Silicon Valley and San Francisco clients on leasing, subleasing and purchase and sale matters throughout the country.

In 2014, we named Michael E. Hale, who has been with us since he graduated from USF Law School in 2006, as a partner to the firm. He has successfully resolved hundreds of personal injury cases, and he also advises on commercial lease reviews as well.

Our philosophy is simple: LMSCH provides personal attention to every case and matter, we return calls, we give you the straight scoop and we get results.
